Galapagos - the end!

Friday - Los Gemelos & Giant Tortoise Ecological Reserve, Highlands of Santa Cruz.
Yes, the tortoises are bigger than they look on the television!  What amazed me is that they can travel up to 8km a day and are 'roaming' all around the town as well.  If they are on the road, you just wait until they pass before you carry on!

The next stop was to the twin giant sink holes.  Hopefully no one was standing there when they sank.

After another great lunch, we went to the Fausto Llerena Breeding & Interpretation Centre.  What a great program for repatriating the tortoises back to their respective islands.  This has been a most informative and educational trip.
