We drove out west to Sagres to watch the waves after a big storm and finished up at the Fortaleza Sagres.
It was still very windy, but we had a great walk and the little ones were delighted to explore. It was a huge fort and after the kids left, Dale and I went back. I walked out to the Sound Chamber and the Lighthouse while Dale got a head start at the Museum. It was all very interesting, the original fort dating back to 1443.
