Two days at sea and Dale did a presentation each day. We also watched two more presentations of Brent’s, one on Seals and the other on Puffins.
The entertainment was a new show by the Edge Effect – a really great show again for our 2nd Chic evening. The Celebrity singers and dancers also did a later show called Reigning Rocks with some great old British rock songs and lots of energy!
The next evening, Vinny Grosso did another amazing show; this time it was as a Mentalist – amazing!
St. John’s – after walking around town looking for (and finding) Jelly Bean Row (brightly coloured houses), we climbed up to Signal Hill where we got the best views. After lunch we went to ‘The Rooms’ museum. It is a beautiful building, housing so much of Newfoundland’s history including their great losses at Beaumont-Hamel (we visited the site in France in 2017).
There was so much to see, we barely made it back to the ship for the all-aboard and dinner!
The show was a Neil Diamond tribute by Robert Neary.
