Joel's new apartment and the start of his sound room in his dining room!

 Joel has added 340 square feet to his living space (from 400 to 740).  His new apartment is in an older building in West Vancouver, but a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood.

After helping him move and assembling his bed and a coat rack bench for the nook in the hallway, the big project of building a sound room began.

Some assembly required, but it was a good start.  Hopefully we will get back there in a month or two to finish up - we are hoping to get our vaccinations before the next trip!
