Were we ever glad to get to bed last night! And we didn't even count the flight to Vancouver as we stayed there overnight and had a lovely visit and Christmas dinner with Joel.
So, we took it easy today and went up in the 'Singapore Flyer' to get a good view of the city. Afterwards, we walked through the Gardens by the Bay. If we have time tomorrow, we will go back in the evening to see it all lit up. Meanwhile, we are loving the artistic architecture and how green and clean the city is.

Plus photos from our hotel room at night and in the morning.
Then off to Ion on Orchard Road - has to be the shopping capital of the world! We were just tourists, but gotta love the architecture.

| This one is for Natalie!
Then off to Chinatown - it was a bit overwhelming - but we did manage to try the Laksa, a hot spicy soup - not bad, but prefer all the veggies!

Back at the hotel now, listening to a great deal of thunder. It's not raining, but probably will with all that noise.
