Just a few changes since my last post. The itinerary stayed the same with stops in Ketchikan, (a viewing of Dawes Glacier), Juneau, Skagway and Victoria, but the weather changed our plans somewhat. It was pouring in Ketchikan this time, so we stayed onboard and relaxed. We got way better pictures of the Dawes Glacier as it was cloudy, whereas Juneau was sunny and beautiful, so we wandered around town and visited the City Museum and various outdoor exhibits. Skagway was cool but not raining, and our favourite activity was visiting the Red Onion Saloon and Brothel. It was well worth the time and money as they entertained us with an amazing repartee with lots of information to take in as well.
Some of the different ship's activities included the comedian A.J. Jamal; Magic & Mayhem with Dizzy; and Undercover at the Club with the Edge Dancers and Aerialists. Dizzy did another show instead of the Production Show Kaleidoscope, as the seas were a bit high for the regular performers. However, the Production Show was rescheduled for the next afternoon as we approached Victoria - much calmer seas.
