It was a 2 hour drive from our resort to Alhambra, in Granada, so we left first thing in the morning to ensure we made it to our 10am walking tour. Our guide was excellent and covered so much history and interesting facts. For the next 3 hours we walked (and walked and walked) in and out of the walled city. up and down the lanes and alleys (mostly up), while we listened to our guide on our audio packs. We were exhausted, but delighted to have been able to be there.
