Mom was very happy that we were able to take her home after our last cruise!!!
We then had 12 hours at home to do laundry and repack - had to wonder at our sanity.
Once we got on the ship though, all was well with the world. We now had 15 (more days) to relax, or at least I did. Dale had 9 lectures scheduled for the sea days. He was busy, but really enjoyed the talks and especially getting to meet so many lovely people.
We visited Kauai, Honolulu, Maui and Hawaii. The weather was superb and we got to a couple of pristine beaches for a good soak. We had a quick stop in Ensenada, Mexico on our way back and picked up the requisite bottle of Vanilla Extract!
All in all a good trip and now - more laundry!
