Cumberland Trails Hike

It was obvious during our hike today that we didn't get near enough exercise while we were in Cyprus!  That, plus perhaps a bit of jet-lag and we were aching to get home and into the hot-tub.  However, we did survive and it was a beautiful hike.  I can't remember all the names of the trails we were on, but we made it to Sykes bridge.  From there we took Truffles Shuffle to Teapot and on from there to Allen Lake where we had our lunch.  The weather held out and we even had a few bits of sunshine, although it sure was dark in the trees.  xx
