Stockholm, Sweden

Today we arrived in Stockholm, Sweden.  Unfortunately, it was a very short day and the Hop-on-Hop-off bus was late and slow due to heavy traffic (which apparently is the norm).  We did get to see some lovely old buildings – Stockholm is 750 years old.  We only did one stop due to the time constraints, as Dale had to be back early to give a lecture.  But it was lovely walking through the old town, past the palace and stopping in to a lovely church.  Stockholm is a beautiful and very clean city (actually all the cities we have visited so far have been remarkably clean).  Tomorrow (Tuesday) is a sea day, so Dale has another lecture to give.  I will try to get these photos out at our next stop in Fredericia, Denmark.  Xx
