Merry Christmas from Dale and Laurel
We appreciate the time you spare to catch
up with us. We really appreciate
this time of year where distant friends make contact and allow us save our
connection and love that is so important in our lives yet is often neglected
for daily distractions.
BIG NEWS first! We will be Grandparents in June!
We are all so excited that Adam and Natalie
are starting their family in our home town and have built a beautiful ‘nest’
for the new arrival. Adam’s market
consulting business has recently taken off to great heights, which makes
perfect timing since his career change involved many sacrifices.
Joel is still as happy as ever making
cartoons in Vancouver and we look forward to his visit this holiday.
The year was also filled with more RV
adventures and travels to our home and friends in Cyprus.
While in Cyprus our friend Graham told
Laurel that he speaks on Cruise ships and his wife gets to go along as
well. Laurel then nudged me to say
– “You can do that!”.
Now I have left 3 years of blissful
retirement to become a professional speaker. It has been a terrific journey of personal growth with many
benefits and challenges.
The first cruise out of NY to FLL was a
great success and we are hooked.
But with a new grandchild approaching, work schedules will be tempered
for sure.
Our kids, Laurel’s
folks, Aunts and Uncles as well as Dale’s brother Bob will be home to celebrate
a Christmas dinner with all of the traditions and fixings. We look forward to catching up and
sharing our love and appreciation for all that we have.
