Walk from Monastery of St. George

Another perfectly marvellous day in Cyprus!  Geoff and Doris hosted this walk that started from the Monastery of St. George (see following link).

The sky was a bit hazy, but there was a lovely breeze as we climbed uphill on an old Roman Road (see attached photo).  2 1/2 hours later we breakfasted on the shore at the Happy Valley Ski Club at Episkopi.  A treat of a day spent with good friends.
