Craters of the Moon National Park

Rerouted due to the snow forecast, we ended up on the moon - at least it did look like it could have been.  Amazing geology and topography!  We have certainly added to our collection of rock photos.

Escaping as fast as we can!
Holy Bat-cave!

It goes forever.

A break in the storm clouds.
This area is certainly a good representation of volcanic activity and its effects.  We had a few good hikes and many photo ops - just ask, Dale will show them all to you if you are interested!  xx
