What a great day! Another old mining town - but alive and full of interesting information and artifacts. Had a great early lunch at the Virginia City Jerky Co. All homemade and delicious. Walked around town then took a train ride to see all the old mines and hear some very interesting stories. Several shops and museums and hours later, we ended up at the Gold Hill Hotel for a superb meal. http://www.goldhillhotel.net
Highly recommended! Worth the trip! And way better road than Bodie!
