Day 16 - Zion Tunnel to Grand Canyon

As you can see in the picture as we head into the tunnel, there is not a lot of room to spare.  They stopped the traffic on the other side so that we could drive down the middle and not scrape the roof.  I took a picture looking out one of the tunnel cut-outs - Dale wasn't allowed to look as he had to make sure we stayed on the centre line.  We will return the other way through the tunnel on Sunday.
We are camped in a tiny lot along the river in Carmel Junction, but at least have sporadic internet.  We took the motorbike on a lengthy jaunt to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon as you can see in the pictures.  Again, no photo can capture the vast expanse and colour and beauty of it all.  You really have to see it to believe it.  Tomorrow we are venturing into Bryce Canyon.  We will take a couple hundred more photos and try to send a few out to you.
