Just a quick update. Dale is away at work, so I am keeping busy here. I just spent two lovely days in Protaras, which is a couple of hours east of here near Ayia Napa (the party centre of the island). We were there in January last year, but it is much nicer in the summer.
I went with Hazel and Rosemary to meet someone Hazel knew from a previous trip to Turkey. She was there with her three lovely daughters and we had a great time. I also went in the sea which, as many of you will know, is most unusual - but the sand was pristine and the water was clear so you could see everything (and it was also very hot). The pictures don't do it justice.
Other than that, keeping busy with the usual stuff. Have had time to read a couple of books, but the rest of the time the social calendar is quite full.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in July.
